Our trip was quite complex as we were looking for 23 days in British Columbia, Canada, touring in a car to various locations with different accommodation and wishing to do a variety of activities in these different locations. Plus a two-day trip on the Rocky Mountaineer. Kara, was amazing, setting out an itinerary, suggesting hotels and sending links for the activities. She kept us informed and updated as the trip came nearer and ensured we had everything we needed as we set off. We had an amazing time; the locations of the hotels Kara chose were spot on and the tours we did were fantastic. Overall, we would definitely recommend Dream Vacations for all your holiday dreams to come true.
It was great to have someone who was available and ready if/when we ran into any issues or concerns. For example, there was a transportation strike on a day we were supposed to travel from the boat to the other side of the island to our hotel. I notified Kara and she addressed it immediately with the driver, allaying any fears we had of being stranded. Her attention to every aspect of our vacation from planning to booking to insurance coverage has been a welcome and refreshing experience in an industry where too often agents are there at the beginning and not available when you are at you're most vulnerable state in a country that is unfamiliar.
