Kara planned, organised and booked our Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady Eclipse Cruise, including the incredible opportunity to sail into the path of totality and experience a total solar eclipse at sea. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and something we will treasure forever.

She also arranged all of our wonderful food tours, sightseeing experiences, restaurants, meals and shows throughout the trip. Every detail was carefully considered, and everything worked together beautifully to create a holiday filled with incredible places, fabulous food, amazing experiences and so many special memories.

What impressed us most was Kara’s attention to detail and the genuine care she put into arranging everything for us. We never felt like we were simply making bookings through a travel agent. It was great to have someone who was available and ready if/when we ran into any issues or concerns. For example, there was a transportation strike on a day we were supposed to travel from the boat to the other side of the island to our hotel. I notified Kara and she addressed it immediately with the driver, allaying any fears we had of being stranded. Her attention to every aspect of our vacation from planning to booking to insurance coverage has been a welcome and refreshing experience in an industry where too often agents are there at the beginning and not available when you are at you're most vulnerable state in a country that is unfamiliar.
